Breastfeeding Support Group
Breastfeeding Support Group – Zoom – (Fridays 11 am – 12 pm) Our breastfeeding support group is a safe space to discuss breastfeeding and any topics related to breastfeeding – such as: latching, positions, pumping, supplies, milk storage, partners, traveling, weaning and more. Circle of Security – Parenting Group
Circle of Security – Parenting Group –– (two to three sessions a year, check monthly calendar for dates and locations) – Circle of security is an eight week video based curriculum that focuses on parenting skills and techniques and offers support to parents and caregivers who would like to improve parenting skills and gain new knowledge. – Elizabeth Hibino, MSW

Diaper Bank
Diaper Bank (634 Main Street) – free diapers for Middlesex county residents once a month on the (third Wednesday of the month from 12-3 pm, or by appointment)– eligibility based on income – Nat Holmes
Music and Movement
Music and Movement (634 Main Street) – (Every Monday 10 – 11 am) Interactive musical playtime! Young children and families will play instruments, listen to live music, and explore rhythm, melody, and dance in a playful environment. Each class will feature original and classic children’s songs and lots of opportunities to join in the fun! – Emmy Brockman
Open Playgroup
Open Playgroup (634 Main Street) – (Fridays 10 – 11:30 am) (Check calendar for dates) – Informal playgroup for birth to five. Moms, Dads and caregivers hang out and talk while kids play. Nat Holmes
Power Yoga
Power Yoga –– (Tuesday and Thursday – 4:30 – 5:30 pm) (634 Main Street) Power Yoga is a full body workout. It incorporates breath work, stretching and strengthening for a balanced, lean and integrated body. All levels, age 13 and up are welcome! Rachel Hedrick
It Takes a Village - New and Expecting Moms Support Group
It Takes A Village – Every Tuesday from 9:30 – 10:30 am – Is for expectant and postpartum mamas. Led by Sarah Upton (of local Connecticut birth collective, Birth Tribe) who is a mother of two, with 10+ years of postpartum doula experience and lactation counseling – Whether you’re expecting a little one and would like to hear from veteran mothers or are recently postpartum, we would love to have you. This is a safe space to share highs and lows, ask questions, be vulnerable, laugh and cry. We hope you will join us! – Sarah Upton
Middletown Diaper Bank
We are a Diaper Bank of CT Member Agency. If you are a Middlesex County resident, you may be eligible to receive a free pack of diapers each month. Space is limited. Call Nat Holmes at 860-347-6971 ext. 3662 to learn more.
We are currently accepting new applications for our Diaper Bank program. Please note that your application being accepted does not guarantee you a spot on our list.
Both new and previously enrolled children must show proof of identity. Each child can receive a packet of 50 free diapers per month. If you miss three months in a row you will need to re-apply. Additionally, you cannot receive diapers from past months if you missed a month or two. New children over the age of 3 cannot be enrolled.
